Trinity Mechanical Inc. has implemented a companywide program called “Character First”. This program focuses on the personal development of every employee and is designed to highlight forty-nine (49) Character Traits of highly successful people.

This program has been utilized by numerous Fortune 500 companies as well as school districts, government offices and law enforcement agencies. Boulder County Sheriff, Este Park Police, and Adams County Sheriff are just a few of the local agencies currently utilizing this program.

Each month employees receive an announcement of the Character Trait of the Month with a brief summary of the characteristics of each trait and various training opportunities. Each trait summary includes suggestions on how to implement this trait both personally and in the work place. At the end of each month an employee is selected out of nominations by the company supervisor’s by the company supervisor’s for having demonstrated that trait throughout the month.

The successful employee is then recognized by the company and receives a certificate of recognition and random prizes along with mention in the company quarterly newsletter.

It is our hope that this program will help all our employees to grow in their personal development and help continue to build the company culture at Trinity Mechanical Inc. as one focused on integrity and high character in all that we do for our clients.
