HVAC SERVICE TECHNICIAN

HVAC Service Technician - Journeyman:

Job Requirements

· High school diploma or GED required.

· Refrigeration/HVAC trade or vocational certification preferred.

· 0 to 3 years of general technical experience required.

· 1+ years of refrigeration/HVAC experience preferred.

· Plumbing and electro/mechanical experience.

· Prior diagnostic troubleshooting.

· Demonstrated mechanical, technical and electrical aptitude.

· Basic computer skills.

· Valid driver's license and driving record within MVR policy guidelines.

· HVAC certification preferred.

HVAC Service Technician - Apprentice:

The Apprentice Technician will be responsible for assisting in service, repair, and installation of commercial and industrial HVAC equipment and thermo cooling systems on site and in the field. Jr. Level unlicensed techs will work with senior level technicians. Desired basic skills and knowledge include air conditioning, centrifugal chillers, combustion journeyman training, and controls and instrumentation (C& I).
